Did you login on the same email address as 2 years ago or did you create a new account?

Either:
A) Not the correct account name B) Trial account C) You did something bad 2 years ago and they banned you since then |

Full versions of the game came with an access key for that version of the game, PLUS a trial key for you to give to a friend. It is possible you used the wrong access key, as I know many people have done that. If that is not the case, nothing we say/do here can help. You'll need to contact Anet support for answers.

Click Edit Account (lower left corner)
Next screen, select Manage Access Keys, then click Next (lower right corner) That will show all the access keys you have added to your account. You should figure how to proceed from there. |

Call the number on this webpage. Be prepared to give them as much proof of ownership as you can.

So it certainly sounds like you purchased the full version of the game, but may have accidentally added just the trial key to your account. Check and see what keys you have on your account, and see if you can find the original access keys. |
